Need a hotel recommendation

Hey local experts!

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good hotel, within walking distance if possible, of:

MicroTek Learning Center

1000 Abernathy Road NE

Northpark Town Center

Building 400

Also would appreciate a quick overview of the area around this address if anyone has a spare moment. Thanks!!

OK, got it. Any suggestions for something nice close to this? If I have to drive to this place, is there a hotel that is within walking distance of fun things to do in the evening? My plan is to drive in to this site for business, then drive back to the hotel and do everything by foot at the end of the day. Again, many thanks.

Any hotel in the Perimeter area would be close. There are dozens, and it%26#39;s a nice area so I would expect all of the hotels to be nice and new. The W hotel on Perimeter Center (about a mile from the address you gave - might run a shuttle) is very nice. Also, this address seems to be at the intersection of Abernathy and Peachtree Dunwoody Road. If that is the case, there is a MARTA station at that intersection, so you would be able to stay anywhere (midtown, downtown) and take MARTA to this address.

Here are some suggestions I gave a previous poster about restaurants/nightlife:

Perimeter Mall has several restaurants.

There aren%26#39;t really many bars in that area, but the W Hotel, which is on the other side of Perimeter Mall, has a very nice bar and several of the restaurants in the area (Garrisons, Goldfish) have lively bar scenes.

Across the street from the Mall, on Ashford Dunwoody Road, there are a few restaurants - Eatzis (gourmet grocery and cafe), Houlihans, Cafe Intermezzo (desserts, sandwiches and coffee, full bar). Joey D%26#39;s Oak Room is a good area restaurant as well.

Also, on Perimeter Center (you%26#39;ll need to look at a map to get a feel for how to get there), about 10-15 minutes away, there is a new shopping center with a Target that has probably 15 restaurants, including anice steakhouse called Flemings, a noodle house called Tin Drum Cafe, and a sports bar called Taco Mac alon gwiht the usual chains (Outbask, Carrabas, etc).

Dunwoody is not a pedestrian area at all, and you%26#39;ll likely be the only person walking this suburban area, but there are tons of options in that area and you shouldn%26#39;t have to walk too far.
