Lunch between Statesboro and Savannah

I just found out I%26#39;m supposed to be making reservations for lunch this Saturday, May 6, for 15 people. Half are staying in Statesboro , and half in Savannah. Statesboro is full, due to graduation day. Is there a nice/good place to eat in between these two cities? Thank you.

There is nothing on I-16 or Highway 80 that will work. You might find something in Brooklet (about 3 miles east of Statesboro) or Pooler (about 5 miles west of Savannah). Regardless, someone is gonna hafta drive. Maybe someone else out there know of something - I sure don%26#39;t.

jomax bbq in metter is quality bbq.as is the smoke house in guyton. add harry%26#39;s in claxton to this list and there is good quality south gerogia bbq at it%26#39;s finest available.black jacks in bloomingdale an don%26#39;s in pooler offer fantastic selctions closer to savannah but you cannot go wrong with either boyd%26#39;s or vandys in statesboro either. good luck!
