Both Delta and the Pilot%26#39;s union management have reached a contract agreement. Now it will be voted on by the pilots themselves and they usually go with union management. Locally it is agreed that they will not strike.

I seriously doubt that the Delta pilot go on strike. They are too smart to hammer the nails on their own coffin.
