Tour company suggestions for Girl Scout trip?

I will be bringing a large GS troop to Savannah in June. We%26#39;ve booked our flight and hotel (and trip to Juliette Low%26#39;s house), but need a local tour company to provide ground transportation, set up some meals, etc. I have been trying to work with Kelly Tours, but they have not been responsive. I%26#39;m getting concerned, now that our trip is so close. Any suggestions for a tour company we could use?

Have you thought about contacting the National Girl Scout Headquarters? We have enough of the Troops coming in that I am sure that there must be information there about previous arrangements. Or, has your hotel been helpful? There may be some arrangements that could be made through that management.
