Easter in Savannah

Knowing that this is a religious holiday, I hate to ask this - but what are the chances that stores or shops will be open on Easter?

Also - I will be staying at the Hyatt- where is the nearest Catholic church?

You are in luck!! The nearest Catholic Church to the Hyatt is the absolutely beautiful Cathedral of St. John the Baptist. It%26#39;s a good walk of several blocks, not the thing for high heels, but doable. The walk would be a lot easier than trying to find a parking place. If you don%26#39;t feel like a long walk, call a taxi, EARLY.

I don%26#39;t know about the shops and stores, but most of the restaurants will be serving.
