We are planning a trip to Callaway Gardens the first week of April. This will be our first trip to the Gardens. We are undecided on whether to stay in the Villas or the Lodge. I%26#39;m rather sceptical b/c of the mixed reviews on hotel accomodations. We are seeking a relaxing quiet stress free getaway. I also hear negative responses about the gardens as well. I thought visiting now would be great with the azaleas blooming. Any recommendations?

save money and stay at Davis Inn owned by Chick F La Corp. go downtown get a massage at well known Refresh, necx to tea room for lunch, save money, enjoy the gardens otherwise and hike the trails at the state park.
