Savannah with Teen and Tween

We will be visiting Savannah for a couple days in April finishing up our spring break trip (staying at Hilton Head the first part of the week). Traveling with husband and 14 year old daughter and 11 year old son. What are the things we shouldnt miss? Also, I think they would enjoy a ghost tour. Which one would be best for teens and tweens?

I%26#39;d take %26#39;em to Fort Pulaski and to Fort Jackson if they%26#39;re firing the BIG guns. I%26#39;d also hit the Ships of the Sea Museum on Martin Luther King Blvd. in the historic district. Also, River Street - touristy, but the huge ships going past (close, close) are a hoot.
