I guess I will ask on teh Jville forum as well, but anyone have suggestions - we need to go from Savannah to Jacksonville and can either do it directly or is there anything along the way? Are we bettter off just going directly to Jacksonville and looking around there?

St. Simons Island is along the way- historic church and very nice area to eat and shop.

The Jacksonville Zoo is just to the north of the city. It%26#39;s easy to miss, but if you are interested, it would be easy to see on your way TO Jacksonville rather than after you get there.
