Atlantix
I%26#39;ve used Atlantix in the past and it%26#39;s a nice little-known service that I often forget to use.
Another good way to get two-for-one tickets for local plays is through Atlantaplanit.com. You can sign up for free. You get an e-mail every week or so telling you what%26#39;s on sale. I got great Atlanta Symphony tickets once for $10 a pop in a very good section.

The hot air balloon downtown was news to new as well. I saw it when I was down there yesterday, but assumed it was some publicity gimmick. For $11 bucks you can bet I%26#39;m going to check that out. I%26#39;m down there for court all of the time (not as a defendant :) )and frequently find myself with time to kill. I%26#39;ll report on it as soon as I go.
