Nothing worse than starting off your vacation with a traffic ticket. Please take a moment to list our most famous speed traps, where our tourist should slow down and be careful:

Whitesburg, GA...Hwy 27 Alternate
Currently this month (late march), I have noticed a heavy police presence along I-75 south of downtown to just past the Forest Park area (north and south bound).
I-75 South just before Locus Grove. The Henry county police sit among the trees in the median.
It is not speed traps you have to worry about, it is people that let their dogs run about in the road as you are approaching. The amount of dogs that I have almost hit due to the irresponsibility of their owners is unbelievable.
Even today, I had a terrier launch itself at my car and saw four labradors by the side of the road, two of which were puppies. Is there not a law against this sort of thing? Who is liable me for no fault of my own having a dog under the wheels of my car, or the dog owner?
I am sorry but if you go above the speed limit then yes you should get a ticket. However, this lack of control of dogs has to be illegal.
